Membership Services
Every Maintenance Solution Hawaii membership includes the following services:
24-Hour Service: Contact information for Maintenance Solution Hawaii will be posted in all units so your guests can dial us directly for any emergencies.
Initial Property Inspection Report: This one-time report will let you know in advance of any repairs that may need immediate attention prior to Maintenance Solution Hawaii beginning services.
Annual Repair & Inspection Report: We will generate a list of repairs that have been performed under your membership in the past year and list of items that may need attention.
Damage Control: In the event of a storm or earthquake, we will inspect your unoccupied unit(s) for any damages that may have occurred.
As-Needed Maintenance:
- Replace batteries in smoke detectors, remotes, wall clocks
- Replace light bulbs
- Minor electrical repairs: wall plugs, light switches, lamp repairs, etc.
- Sliding doors and screen adjustments for proper closing and location
- Replace small appliances (i.e. coffee makers, countertop microwaves, irons/ironing boards) – small appliance to be billed to member
- Minor bathroom repairs: shower door repair, toilet repair, wall fixtures repair
- Minor kitchen repairs: faulty cabinet hinges and knobs, etc.
